A booking starts with configured availability
The public booking widget uses opening hours, employee schedules, exceptions and the services assigned to each employee. That keeps the customer-facing choice connected to the planning behind it.
- Single bookings and duo bookings where the required availability exists.
- Service duration and pricing follow the configured service.
- The booking flow can be linked or embedded from your own website.
Planning and follow-up stay close to the appointment
Day and week views bring appointments and employee planning together. Client profiles keep contact details and booking history available for the team members who have access.
- Booking confirmations, changes, cancellations and scheduled reminder emails.
- Recurring schedules, holidays and one-off exceptions.
- The client-facing booking flow supports Dutch, English and Thai.
Check the booking flow before publishing it
The widget can use one of seven available themes and can be opened from a Resevu launcher or your own button. It can be added with a script or with the WordPress plugin, which provides a shortcode and block.
- Test services, employees and available times as a client before placing the button prominently.
- Test payments and vouchers only when those features and the required Mollie connection are active.
- Use the implementation guide for a script, custom launcher, exact placement or WordPress.
Know which functions depend on configuration
Some workflows are deliberately conditional. A duo booking needs overlapping availability from two suitable active employees. Medical details and configurable fields are an optional back-office module, not a customer-facing questionnaire.
- Google Calendar sync requires the feature and a connected Google account for the employee.
- Support for importing existing data depends on the structure and available fields in the source export.
- Package and tenant settings determine which optional modules are available.
What is available, and under which condition?
- Core booking flow
- Services, employees, schedules, availability and client bookings.
- Payments
- Payments and deposits require the payments feature and an active Mollie configuration.
- Extra modules
- Medical details and configurable fields, Google Calendar sync and other modules depend on package, tenant settings or an external connection.
