At Resevu, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and what rights you have.

Controller

Resevu determines the purposes of processing for account, billing and service-operation data. For customer and booking data entered by a salon or practice, that business generally determines the purposes and Resevu processes the data through the Service.

Data We Process

  • Account data (name, email, password hash)
  • Tenant/salon data (name, address, logo)
  • Booking data (appointment details, staff, times)
  • Payment status and references (via Mollie; we do not store card data)
  • Logs and usage data (device, browser, IP, timestamps)

Purposes

  • Providing our services (managing bookings and payments)
  • Customer support and communication
  • Security, abuse prevention, and performance improvements
  • Legal obligations (billing, tax retention)

Legal Basis

We process data based on contract performance, legitimate interest, and/or consent where required.

Retention

We retain personal data no longer than necessary. Legal requirements (e.g., accounting) may require longer retention.

Security

The application limits access through authenticated accounts, tenant separation and role-based permissions. No internet service can promise absolute security. This policy does not claim an external security or compliance certification.

Sharing with Third Parties

Data may be handled by service providers needed to operate hosting, email and payments via Mollie. Their role and the applicable contractual arrangements depend on the service used. Resevu does not use the booking data of a business to sell it as a separate product.

Cookies

The public Resevu website uses necessary cookies for security, sessions and storing your privacy choice. Optional analytics and marketing technologies are disabled by default and are not loaded until you give the relevant consent.

  • Analytics: Google Analytics may be used to understand page visits, clicks on explicitly marked navigation and calls to action, and progress through the contact or trial flow.
  • Marketing: Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta may be used to measure campaigns and conversions.
  • Resevu does not intentionally send names, contact details, medical information or booking-form contents to these tools.

Your consent choice is stored for up to 180 days. You can withdraw or change it at any time through “Privacy settings” in the website footer. Withdrawing consent stops future optional measurement and removes known first-party measurement cookies where the browser permits this. Provider retention and international transfer arrangements depend on the configured service and its applicable terms.
